We accept the following vector file formats: AI, EPS, and PDF. For embroidery, we accept DST files. If you supply other files/types (PNG, JPG, TIFF, GIF, PSD, SVG, etc.), there may be an art fee.
Canva, although a popular free application, is not vector art program. This service is intended for web-based applications and will not be able to be used for our processes. Artwork created in Word, Publisher or any other mobile-app will also not be suitable for production.
Artwork is $45 an hour if it is required.
In cases where you are using another program that we don’t have access to, you can usually export your file as a PDF and send it over.
For screen printing we offer a selection of popular ink colors with the ability to color match in most situations.
For screen printed shirts, the smallest shirt in the order dictates the size of the imprint. For example, if you ordered a youth XS and an adult 2X, the size will be the largest it can fit on the youth size. The most common size for width is 10.5”w for most apparel products with a full front. Our pallets allow for 13”w x 17”h at a maximum. Sleeves, pockets and left chest sizes also vary from garment to garment. For products such as business cards, banners, and promotional products, we will have the imprint size listed in the product description. Screen printed and embroidered items are a standard two week (10 business day) production time. This allows time for the apparel to be ordered, the artwork to be finalized, pre-production and printing. Digital printing, promotional items and trade show display items all have varied turnaround times due to differences in manufacturers. If you have a concern with a turnaround time on your order, feel free to call.
We strive to accommodate every customer and understand that sometimes, things need to happen quickly. If we have the flexibility, we will gladly work with you to make a deadline with reasonable expectation of delivery.
Depends on the product. Screen printing has minimums based on colors. For one color ink in one location, the minimum is 12 shirts. Two color print is a 24 piece minimum. For every color of ink in the design, the minimum of shirts increases by 12. Promotional items are also subject to minimums. Customer supplied embroidery has a minimum of 4 pieces, all with the same design.
With embroidery, there is a one-time set up fee to digitize your logo so the embroidery machine can read it. This fee is generally between the $60-$80 range and includes up to 7,000 stitches. Larger and more complex designs may be more expensive to digitize and sew.
As a general rule, we offer free set-up for screen printing to schools and churches. Screens are $10 each color and are also a one-time fee. If we can re-use the same artwork for re-orders, there is no additional cost.
Promotional items are subject to set up fees per item and per color. Usually, there is a set up for an initial order, then a discounted set up for reorders.
